国連の「未来サミット（Summit of the Future）」が今年9月に開催されます。
ここでは、世界の主要グループ・その他ステークホルダー・市民団体からの提案を元に「未来のための協定 （Pact for the Future）」を作成し、承認されます。この草案（zero draft）を作るにあたり、世界から500 通近い文書による提案が寄せられました。
「未来世代幸福法日本版プロジェクト（ミラセダ）」も市民団体として提案を送りました。

＜未来サミットとは＞
時期： 2024年9月22～23日
目的：
・既存の合意を履行できるよう国際協力を強化。
・現在および未来世代のため、脅威と機会に対応するための具体的な措置を講じる。
方法：
「未来のための協定」と呼ばれる行動志向の成果文書を作り、サミット期間中に交渉、各国によって承認する。

１）持続可能な開発と資金調達
アジェンダ2030で約束した通り、持続可能な開発を誰一人取り残さず、かつ未来世代のニーズを損なうことなく実現させるために、最大の環境および人類の破壊行為である戦争と、戦争のための兵器開発を終わらせること。戦争につながる開発の資金を、2030アジェンダの実現のために使うことを、全世界が決定しなければならない。
２）国際平和と安全保障
全世界が、戦争と兵器開発（兵器実験を含む）をやめると決断する。そのことに尽きる。決める以上のどんな方策も存在しない。ゆえに、核兵器保有国は即刻核兵器を廃棄し、核兵器禁止条約に署名批准する。今後一切の核実験を含む兵器の開発と実験をやめる。国内および国外の立場や思想の違いによるあらゆる紛争の解決は非暴力に徹することを全人類が誓うこと。
３）科学、テクノロジー、イノベーション、デジタル協力
科学と技術、そしてイノベーションの開発において、地球環境を破壊するものをやめ、地球環境の再生こそに科学と技術、イノベーションの開発価値を置くべきである。この分野の開発余地は無限にあり、何より未来への希望につながる。
４）若者および未来世代
若者と将来の世代の教育について、あらためて現世代が再考する必要がある。教育の価値評価基準を変えること。この地球という星で他の生物たちとともに助け合って共に生きるために必要な力を取り戻す教育を。どうやって、食べ物、水、酸素を得るのか。人間と他の生物はどう関わり合っているのか。価値観の違う人とどうコミュニケーションをとり、尊重し合っていきてゆくのかなど。 彼らの世代の不安を払拭する責任が現世代にある。気候危機ほか迫り来る地球環境の悪化に対応することとともに必要なことは、すべての大人が、彼らの世代と彼らが生きる環境を大切に思い、声を上げ行動しているかを感じ取れることだ。無益な争いを今すぐに止めて、地球環境を回復させ、彼らが生きる上で選べる選択肢を少しでも多く残すこと。そのことに尽力すること。 それを、若い世代とともにすること。世代間と地域間の公正を話し合いながら、協働すること。
5) グローバル・ガバナンスの変革
国際的な仲裁機構、人命救助機構のさらなる強化が必要である。 世代間格差、南北間格差を埋める、さらなる対話の場が必要である。

Chapter I. Sustainable development and financing for development
We aim to end the war and the development of weapons, which is the greatest destruction of environment and human beings. The purpose is to ensure that sustainable development is achieved without leaving anyone behind and without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs, as promised in the 2030 Agenda. We will ensure that the nations will use the funds to realize the 2030 Agenda, rather than the developments leading to war.
Chapter II. International peace and security
We must ensure that the whole world decide to end the war, weapons development and weapons testing. This is the only way for international peace and security. Countries with nuclear weapons must immediately denuclearize and sign and ratify the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons. They must cease all further development and testing of weapons, including nuclear tests. All humanity pledges itself to non-violence in the settlement of all disputes of national and international standing and ideological differences.
Chapter III. Science, technology and innovation and digital cooperation
We will place value of science, technology and innovation on the regeneration of the global environment rather than its destruction. It has an infinite potential for growth and will offer hope for the future.
Chapter IV. Youth and future generations
We must improve the education of youth and future generations by changing the evaluation criteria. Students will learn; how to help each other and live with all living things on earth, how to get food, water and oxygen, how humans interact with other living things, and how to communicate with people with different values and respect each other. We are responsible for eliminating the anxiety of future generations by caring and acting for the environment. We must stop war, restore global environment and provide as many options as possible for future generations. We are committed to working together with young people to discuss inter-generational and inter-community justice.
Chapter V. Transforming global governance
We will strengthen international arbitration and life-saving mechanisms. We will promote further dialogue to bridge inter-generational and North-South gaps.
